About Us
Eureka is your UCSF resource for building online medical research studies. We make it easy for your participants to provide electronic consent, answer surveys online or in our mobile app, and contribute data from wearable devices, smartphones, electronic health records, and more!
Our Studies
We build all types of online studies, with about a dozen currently live on the mobile app and web platforms. For example, we built the Health eHeart Study and COVID-19 Citizen Science, which together have enrolled nearly 400,000 participants.
Our Team
We are a team of physicians, scientists, and technology experts, including software developers, project managers, designers, and data managers led by Jeff Olgin, Mark Pletcher, Greg Marcus, and Alexis Beatty.
